My device does not appear on the list, how should I proceed?

1. Check that your device is compatible with Qobuz Connect. (list of brands available here)

2. Make sure your device is turned on and connected to the same local network as your Qobuz app.

3. Check that your Qobuz app is up to date.

4. Restart your device.

If the problem persists regardless, please contact our customer service team.
