How to Get Started?
1. Access Soundiiz through Qobuz
Click on this link or go to the settings in your Qobuz mobile app and click on "Transfer your library"
Log in with your Qobuz credentials—a Soundiiz account will be created automatically for you.
2. Connect Your Previous Streaming Service
Select the streaming platform you want to transfer your music from (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, etc.)
Log in to that service to access your library

3. Choose the Content you want to Transfe
The transfer process includes four categories:
Playlists
Albums
Artists
Tracks
Important: Only the Playlists category is checked by default. To transfer your complete library, you must manually select all four categories.
To transfer everything: Check all four categories and confirm—your entire library will transfer in one click.
To transfer specific content: Click on a category (e.g., Playlists) and manually select only the items you want to move to Qobuz.
4. Review and Confirm
A summary page will display the number of playlists, albums, artists, and tracks ready for transfer. You can confirm to proceed or go back to adjust your selection.
5. Wait for Completion
You'll receive an email notification once the transfer is complete. Depending on your library size, this may take a few minutes. If your transferred content doesn't appear immediately in the app, wait a moment or close and reopen the app for everything to display.
Important Information
Time Limit for Free Transfer
Once you activate your Soundiiz pass through Qobuz, you have one month to transfer your music library with unlimited content. After this period, you'll be limited to 200 tracks per transfer with Soundiiz's free version, or you will have to subscribe to Soundiiz's paid plan for full access.
Access Anytime
You can initiate a library transfer at any time from the Qobuz mobile app by going to Settings > Transfer Your Library.
